• State Compliance Guide ($27) -- State-by-state cottage food laws, labeling requirements, and permit information
• Client Growth & Marketing Pack ($37) -- Social media templates, marketing playbook, and customer acquisition strategies

All products are delivered digitally and are intended for educational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To access certain products, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Purchases and Payment

When you make a purchase:

• All prices are listed in US dollars
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment

For payment plans, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all scheduled payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the product until payment is resolved.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in our products and on our website is the exclusive property of Apex Unity Brands LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation:

7. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase our products, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

8. Prohibited Uses and Commercial Infringement

• Use our materials, in whole or in part, to create any competing course, training program, educational product, or similar offering
• Reverse engineer our business systems, frameworks, or methodologies for commercial purposes
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings
• Use our materials in any coaching, consulting, or training services offered to third parties
• Upload our materials to any file-sharing service, learning management system, or public repository

9. Enforcement and Remedies for Infringement

We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our materials. Each downloadable file contains digital watermarks and tracking identifiers linked to your purchase.

If you violate these Terms, particularly through commercial infringement or creating competing products, you agree that:

• Your license is immediately and automatically terminated without refund
• You will pay liquidated damages of $25,000 per infringing work, which the parties agree is a reasonable estimate of damages that are difficult to calculate
• You will pay all attorney's fees, legal costs, and expenses incurred in enforcing these Terms
• You will disgorge all profits derived from any infringing use
• We may seek injunctive relief to immediately stop infringing activity
• We may pursue all additional remedies available under the U.S. Copyright Act, including statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement

These remedies are cumulative and in addition to any other rights we may have at law or in equity.
